I managed to run a couple of half marathons and run a marathon distance too. Each time I improved my pace and I became better.

The most important thing is to find the ways to motivate yourself, to take your body and mind to the next level.
The other day we were throwing back with one of my clients about our online lockdown sessions and her affirmation was "our sessions during lockdown were the ones keeping me in track with my mental health and the ones giving me the motivation to keep it going".
The key is to show up to all your workouts and develop a consistency so your body gets used and can progress. Motivation is key when it comes to workouts but sometimes it can get lost on the way. The most important is that you have someone to push you and remind you the reason you started, someone to help you break the monotony and bring diversification and fun in your workouts.
Yes, workouts can be really fun.... especially legs :)
