It's been a while since my last post, but being caught u in a busy life is sometimes a bit difficult.... But here I am!!! :D.
These last weeks have been awful due to COVID-19 . Pubs, restarants, and gyms are just a few of the places were closed down. These were the places,where we used to have our social life! At this time social distancing is advised in order to stop the spread of the virus.
Fair enough!! we can do this, but what will happen with our moral if we stay shut behind closed doors ,only seeing the same persons every day ?? it would drive us nuts !!
It is important in these circumstances to stay calm and respect the measures imposed by theGoverment and the NHS ,but at the same time ,the most important thing is to LOOK AFTER YOURSELF!!!
Exercising will help you keep up your immunity and reduce your anxiety. It has been scientifically proven.
You do not need to go to a gym to do that. Having a space in your living room or in your garden and using your body weight is more than enough. I will be here for you!!! i will offer you support by posting some videos with exercises that you can do on your own.
