Here we are again, following up on the last post.
Looking around, you can still feel the panic in the air. Lots of places are shutting down, most of us working from home.
From my own experience of this situation, the most difficult part is dealing with our mental health. We need to keep safe to avoid catching COVID19, but it’s hard to keep our spirits up.
The best way to keep our mind off it & to keep our bodies in shape is to have a good workout. Working your body hard has great benefits & many positive effects.
