The best way to spend your sunday afternoon. doing dedlifts!!
Updated: Sep 30, 2019
Today was DEADLIFT DAY. After a long break from doing deadlifts because of some injuries, today I started with some trap bar deadlifts. Deadlifting strengthens the entire back and it’s surrounding muscles. Making it a great exercise for rehabilitation and preventing further injuries. The trapbar works the glutes: the lower back, the quadriceps, the hamstrings, the trapezius, the abdominal muscles and the forearms. Making it one of the best exercises you can do. Today’s workout was really good! I managed to do 8 reps with 190 Kg and 5 with 200kg which was a new Personal Best! My form was not perfect but I am happy to be back on track.
A good balanced diet plus aerobics and weights will burn more fat than dieting alone, or just aerobics and dieting will do. Deadlifts will also help improve your posture by building stronger core muscles and will also improve stability.
The deadlift works more muscles than any other exercise including the squat. I can tell you that I can definitely feel my deadlift workout right now.... I’m dead!!
Including deadlifts in your daily routine will help you with your everyday lifts as well. They will strengthen your grip too and also help to prevent injuries by increasing the strength of the muscles around critical tendons and ligaments. I’m so happy and passionate about what I’m doing every day in the gym and I would like to share my experience, motivate and push others to change their lifestyle! It’s never too late to start, and it’s not hard at all! You just NEED to really WANT to make THE CHANGE! And I’m here TO HELP you do just that!
